I entered the NFL without guarantees and learned early that longevity requires more than talent. It requires discipline, adaptability, and an understanding of how systems shape outcomes.

After football, my work expanded into investing, advisory roles, and executive education—supporting athletes, founders, institutions, teams, and leagues navigating moments of transition, growth, and structural change.
